Moscow Cuisine in Hannover: dishes of foods made in Moscow to be cooked for the guests of the major international exhibition
On 1-3 April, exhibition guests will have an opportunity to try meals cooked of foods made by Moscow companies.

Moscow food industry products will be presented at Hannover Messe 2019, the world's major trade show. The Moscow Cuisine venue will be arranged at the Moscow Government's booth.

Visitors to the fair will try traditional Russian foods made of products manufactured by Moscow companies. Moscow Cuisine chefs will offer cod liver mousse on Borodinsky bread canapés, salami chips with processed cheese and much more.

"Today Moscow is not only a hi-tech and profitable investment centre, but also the Capital of Gastronomy. Moscow products are very popular around the world. Our booth features products made in Moscow, including confectionery, cakes, kvass, cheeses, fish delicacies and much more, and represents the manufacturers," Alexander Prokhorov, Head of the Moscow City Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, said.

This year Hannover International Industrial Exhibition will be held from 1 to 5 April. More than 220,000 visitors from 98 countries are expected. More than 1,000 various events are scheduled as part of the business programme.

The Moscow Cuisine venue at the Moscow Government's booth will be open 1-3 April, 10:00 am to 06:00 pm. You are welcome to try Russian foods every hour.
