Winds will grow stronger in Moscow, reaching 12−17 m/s. The day will be warm but partly cloudy, with temperatures between 22˚C and 24˚C.
Strong gusts of winds can damage electricity cables and even uproot trees and large-format and unreinforced bill boards. The Emergencies Ministry recommends that the people act cautiously, avoid getting near unstable structures and park their cars in garages or open spaces. Construction and assembly work should be halted during severe windy spells.
As the end of the week approaches it will be hot and sunny in Moscow. Temperatures will rise to 26˚C on Thursday and as high as 29˚C on Friday.
