Summer Moscow Open to involve over 100 athletes from 10 countries
The tournaments will be held between 8 and15 July at Belokamennaya children’s tennis school.

Between 8 and15 July, Moscow will host Summer Moscow Open 2017, a professional tournament sponsored by the International Tennis Federation (ITF). Belokamennaya children’s tennis school has been chosen as the venue.

The event will include a professional tournament of the ITF Women’s Circuit Calendar and a 1st category tournament of the Russian Tennis Tour of the Russian Tennis Federation Men’s Circuit Calendar.

Summer Moscow Open 2017 will involve 64 professional athletes from ten countries: Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Moldova, Russia, Serbia, Uzbekistan and Ukraine. Another 48 athletes of the Russian Tennis Tour will represent different Russian cities.

The awards ceremony will take place on 15 July following the finals.

The event was organised by the Moscow Department of Sport and Tourism, the Moscow Tennis Federation and Belokamennaya children’s tennis school.

Since 2005, the competition has the status as a professional tournament of the International Tennis Federation.
