The Our City portal has over one million registered users. The one-millionth user will see a special achievement “The One-Millionth User” when he/she logs in.
The Our City portal has operated since 2011; over 1.7 million issues have been fixed through it. Muscovites send messages about badly cleaned courtyards, broken lifts, potholes, long queues in outpatient clinics and others.
In April, the spring and summer season began on the portal. Most complaints are about worn-out road markings, the condition of trees and shrubs, and summer cafes not adhering to regulations. The portal is also accepting messages regarding the My Street programme. In May, requests for hot water disruption schedules and the lack of sand in children’s playgrounds are common.
Users can leave messages on the website and on the mobile app available at the App Store, Google Play and Windows Phone Market.
The authorities are required to respond to the requests within eight working days.
