Next stage of the My Street programme kicks off in Moscow
Experts have started replacing utility lines and networks at 34 sites.

A preparatory stage of the My Street programme has started in Moscow, head of the Association of Administrative and Technical Inspection Offices Dmitry Semyonov reported at a meeting on current issues.

Experts of Mosgas (municipal gas supply and service company), Mosvodokanal (municipal water and wastewater utility), Mosvodostok (municipal sewage company), MOEK (Moscow United Heating Company) and MOESK (Moscow United Electric Grid Company), as well as private investors will replace utility lines and networks at 34 sites of the street and road network.

This will help avoid earthworks and excavations in upgraded roads and pavements for the next 10−15 years.

This year, the My Street programme provides for landscaping the area of Zaryadye Park now being built, the Boulevard Ring and the Garden Ring, Tverskaya Street and other streets and squares in the city centre.
