The traffic situation in Moscow may be worse than usual in the morning peak hours due to bad weather on the night of 28-29 November. The Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring forecasts a cold snap with temperatures reaching -11 degrees at night, causing icy roads around the city.
