Moscow Cinema Cluster presented a booth at the Middle East’s main film market

The Moscow Cinema Cluster was the first Russian participant to present its capabilities at its own booth at Red Sea Souk 2025, the main film market in the Middle East and North Africa. It took place from December 6 to 10 in Jeddah, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as part of the Red Sea International Film Festival, the equivalent of the Cannes Film Festival in Europe.
As part of the Red Sea Souk film market at Moskino’s booths, representatives of the film industry from the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region were told about the filming infrastructure, services for film producers and the rebate program for international co-productions.







The Moskino delegation also held more than 30 meetings with industry experts from various countries including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, India, Egypt, Qatar, Egypt, China, United Arab Emirates. They also visited the Neom media hub, the largest content-creation project in northwestern Saudi Arabia. Here the representatives of the Russian capital learned about the infrastructure and technological solutions and discussed further professional cooperation.
The Moscow Cinema Cluster is consistently building international ties in the film industry. In 2025, agreements on cooperation in film industry development were signed with representatives from India, Egypt, Mexico, Brazil and Turkey.
