Visitors are welcome to attend the festivals, exhibitions and lectures dedicated to the development of the city and the contribution of citizens to this process.

In 2025, the Territory of the Future. Moscow 2030 forum-festival is dedicated to the person of the future and the connection between generations. At lectures, exhibitions and other events, visitors will learn what contribution each resident makes to the formation of a comfortable metropolis.

The new campus of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University (MSTU) will host the Cloud Cities festival of technological progress. Visitors will see the capital of the future, in which the residents themselves create change, and innovation helps them to develop.

Thanks to the work of a large number of specialists, Moscow is a leader in terms of many urban infrastructure indices. The exhibition That very Moscow in the Manege Central Exhibition Hall will present innovative solutions that are transforming the life of the city and have already become commonplace for Moscow residents. For the first time this year, the exhibition will present achievements in the fields of public transport, urban planning and industry in an area of 11 thousand square meter.

In the Gostiny Dvor intellectual exhibition space Infinite Development with Eternal Values visitors can see the standards of the future that are already being applied in Moscow. Digital innovation and artificial intelligence have made it possible to rapidly improve the capital’s healthcare system, social services and education, and provide unlimited opportunities for human development.

In Moscow, hundreds of specialists work every day to ensure that residents can resolve their questions and problems online conveniently and safely with the help of electronic services and applications. In the Digital Technologies of Moscow pavilion in the Muzeon Park of Culture and Recreation, visitors can try out IT professions and learn about their application in urban projects.

The Moscow Economy pavilion is dedicated to the capital’s economy and the contributions made by residents to its development. Economists, financiers, entrepreneurs and other experts will talk about the basics of investment and financial literacy and discuss career strategies, and visitors will be able to choose a specialty of the future and generate a digital avatar.

The Builder of the Future art installation, symbolizing the work of those who daily create a comfortable city is also located in the Muzeon park.

The Festival of Urban Economy in the Luzhniki sports complex will show residents how they can contribute to improving the ecological condition of the megalopolis. At the station Ecotechnprom JSC has organized an interactive game that will teach residents how to sort household waste. Winners will receive a key chain made from recycled plastic. Visitors are also invited to make a reusable shopper bag at a workshop in the indoor pavilion. The workshops will be held on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

In a master class run by the capital’s rescue service visitors to the forum-festival can learn about the rules of safe behavior on water and learn how to use various types of rescue equipment. On Sundays, there will be lectures in the covered pavilion, with the title System 112: Every Call is Treated as Real, in which visitors will learn about the special features of the work of the emergency service, which receives information about incidents from residents of the city. The knowledge and skills gained from these interactive sessions will enable residents to contribute to the safety of the capital.

The Moscow Control zone will demonstrate how the city is being transformed thanks to the decisions of inspectors and how the work of monitoring authorities helps to maintain a favorable environment for residents and entrepreneurs.

The festival of the future Portal 2030-2050 will be held on the site of the Moskino film factory. It will cover cultures of different countries, modern multimedia technologies and electronic music of world performers. Attendees will learn about the development of the nighttime economy and today’s creative industries.

The site in 50-Letyya Oktyabrya Park will reveal the role of the individual as a creator and user of innovations of the metropolis. A futuristic cluster based on Moscow’s development model will show how the lives of city residents are being changed through technology.

At the Cultural City festival in Zaryadye Park, visitors to the forum will discover classic works of music and drama. The greatest works of composers past and present will be performed live by symphony orchestras, and world-famous musicians, renowned opera singers, film stars and actors from Moscow theaters, ballerinas and keepers of folk traditions will present the role of man in the cultural development of the city. And at the Financial Literacy Marathon, visitors will learn how to handle money and why it is important to develop these skills. For a glimpse of the past, visitors can head to the Old English Yard for an exhibition of archaeological artifacts discovered in recent years in the capital city.

Engineers and IT specialists will meet at the Unmanned Systems: Technologies of the Future International Forum, held at the Skolkovo Innovation Center and discuss new solutions for the development of the unmanned aerial and robotic systems industry. A significant event of the forum will be an exhibition for developers, manufacturers and operators of modern unmanned technologies. It will be held from August 14 to 17 at the Skolkovo Technopark and the Amaltea Business Center. The large-scale exhibition will feature more than 700 exhibits.

At VDNKh in the Nastroyenie—Moscow career space and in the Lomonosov cluster, visitors will be able to experience what it is like to work for the Moscow City Government. With activities ranging from consultations with recruiters and assessments of resumes to informal conversations with real employees, young people will have the opportunity to meet those who create summer in the city and learn how they can become part of the Capital City team.

The Territory of the Future. Moscow 2030 forum-festival is a city-wide event enabling people to discover the future by trying out the future technologies that are already being applied in the capital today. Children and adults will be able to interact with robots and artificial intelligence systems, watch the work of modern unmanned vehicles, play on high-tech sports fields, explore new innovations in the field of education, medicine and industry, immerse themselves in VR-space and much more.

The large-scale forum-festival will be held as part of the Summer in Moscow project. From August 1 to September 14, dozens of venues will host cultural, sports, educational and other events dedicated to the development of one of the world’s most modern megacities.
