During the celebration of Moscow’s 869th birthday, the National Exhibition of Economic Achievements (VDNKh) will be transformed into a city of children. On 10-11 September, numerous events will take place at 10 venues. Children will have a chance to try their hand at being architects, engineers, shipbuilders and even magicians. They are invited to take part in scientific workshops, fascinating experiments, design classes and other educational and entertaining programmes.
Their parents won’t be idle during the weekend, either. The best brass bands will perform for them on the stage of the Green Theatre, and authors will present their books at the traditional book fair.
