As a result of the projects implementation, Muscovites get not only comfortable apartments in infrastructure-rich neighborhoods, but also jobs close to their homes.

In 2024, investors built seven business infrastructure facilities as part of the reorganization of former production areas. This information was reported by Vladimir Efimov, the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning Policy and Construction.

“Seven business infrastructure facilities with a total area of almost 170,000 square meters were built by developers on the territory of former industrial zones. New office buildings and business centers were built in Dmitrovsky, Danilovsky, Khoroshevsky, Butyrsky districts, as well as in Pechatniki, Staroye Kryukovo and Shchukino. Due to the implementation of these projects, about 4,400 jobs will appear in Moscow,” Vladimir Efimov said.

The construction of business centers goes in parallel with the construction of residential areas. Such approach to the formation of the urban environment makes it possible to create jobs next to new houses.
