A Moscow-based company is to launch mass production of smart wristbands to be used as part of Digital Avatar, an integrated remote health status monitoring platform, as announced by Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

“For the past two years, Primesoft has been actively boosting its civil telemedicine business. Earlier, the company has developed a Digital Avatar platform to analyze the health status of their employees. Today, the manufacturer decides to launch mass production of wristbands monitoring basic physiological parameters, such as ECG, pulse, oxygenation, temperature, blood pressure, etc. The devices will be used as part of the integrated platform, sending data to the system. Up to two thousand items are to be produced every month; the debut supplies are scheduled for the third quarter of 2023,” Vladislav Ovchinsky said.

With these wristbands, companies and municipal services will be able to monitor the health status of their employees. The data obtained using up-to-date diagnostic programs and monitoring systems will be analyzed by healthcare staff of the developer or the customer. Today, 50 wristbands are undergoing tests. Previously, data were collected using measuring instruments made by other manufacturers.

“Production of own devices is a big step towards our own digital ecosystem. Digital Avatar, which will enable the use of the wristbands, was tested and entered in the federal register of domestic software. It has embedded an AI technology to accurately analyze incoming data and help physicians make HR related decisions. Today, the platform is used in some companies as a unified integration system for collecting information about remote medical examinations,” Primesoft CEO Alexander Zaverzaev said.

The company is engaged in the development of software and hardware systems, AI-related software, automation of business processes and digital technologies for telemedicine. Its key product portfolio includes the Digital Avatar modular remote health monitoring platform, a set of trained AI tools and models known as Cloud AI Service, and Special Equipment Life Cycle Monitoring platform enabling non-stop collection and analysis of equipment data. It is registered as an organization accredited by the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media.

Moscow-based industrial sites give investors access to vast markets, mature infrastructure and a wide range of systemic governmental support arrangements. Today, businesses can take advantage of more than 20 of such support arrangements, including subsidies and target loans. The local government has also developed an anti-crisis package.
