How Lianozovo station of Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya metro line will be designed

The platform section tunnel walls of the Lianozovo station of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya metro line are being faced, as reported by Andrey Bochkarev, Deputy Moscow Mayor for Urban Planning Policy and Construction.
“Specialists started finishing the lower part of the tunnel walls with gabbro granite; the upper part will be lined with copper-colored aluminum panels,” Andrey Bochkarev said.
In addition, two rows of columns and sections of the ceiling will be finished with aluminum panels.
The platform’s design project provides for the alternation of elements of dark gray and copper shades, added Yury Kravtsov, Director General of Mosinzhproekt. The laying of light gray granite is now being completed.
Two lobbies are being finished as well. The walls are to be faced with copper-like panels, and columns are to be decorated with stainless steel-like panels. When finishing the inclined escalator areas, garnet amphibolite slabs are to be used.
Lianozovo, along with the Yakhromskaya and Fiztekh stations, is part of the new section of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line spanning for almost six kilometers. The new stations will improve transport accessibility for residents of the Dmitrovsky, Vostochnoye Degunino, Beskudnikovsky, Lianozovo and Severny districts.
Two sections of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya metro line with six stations have already been built. In 2016, the Butyrskaya-Petrovsko-Razumovskaya section welcomed passengers, in 2018-the section from Okruzhnaya to Seligerskaya.
In November 2022, the northern lobby of the metro station built by Mosinzhproekt, an important facility of the Okruzhnaya transport hub, was commissioned. In addition, a comfortable environment has been created for passengers of ground transport, the Moscow Central Circle, the First Moscow Central Diameter and metro, and residents of Timiryazevsky District. When the transport hub opened, the transfer time between the three rail transport stations was reduced by five times, down to three minutes.
