Moscow Agency of Innovations receives Trainings 2022 HR Award

The Moscow Agency of Innovations won the national human resources award: Trainings 2022. The industry experts declared the Agency the best in organizing and supporting career starts in the public sector.

“The Moscow Agency of Innovations has a wealth of experience in adapting talent and career architecture for the public sector. In the last three years it gave career boosts to almost 300 young professionals working with technologies and innovations. Many of them are now managing projects in various Moscow Government departments and institutions,” elaborated Alexei Fursin, Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development.

The number of professionals getting internships in the Agency has grown to 50% compared to 2019. This is the best result among the organizations reporting to the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development.

Mentorship plays a key role in building interns’ and professionals’ careers in the Moscow Agency of Innovations. It makes us able to get great results within a reasonable time. Training programs also make us able to systematize our experience and improve our competence level.

Many young professionals that used to work in our Agency got promoted to top positions in transport or information technology departments, local executive authorities and other organizations reporting to the Moscow Government. Their expertise and experience in implementing innovations were much needed for the national youth development project run by the Big Change Foundation, in Skolkovo Innovation Center, Internet Initiatives Development Fund, in major universities of Moscow: Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, in state and private corporations, such as Russian Railways, Gazprom, or Rosatom.

Trainings is an annual award given to proactive companies and professionals engaged in human resources management, training and development. Founded in 2001, the award has become the leading distinction at the Russian HR market. Some other major state corporations, universities and private companies got their awards this year.

The Moscow Agency of Innovations was established by the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development. It unites the city with its businesses and brings together high-tech companies that develop, test and implement innovation solutions in Moscow.
