In 2025, Moscow took its creative industries to the next level, indeed. A key event was the launch of the video game and animation cluster (Phase I Creativity Cluster project) at the Skolkovo Innovation Center, Moscow Mayor shares on his MAX channel.

“Kicked off during Moscow International Video Game Week (MIVGW), the cluster is a full-cycle video game and animation dev space with backing at all stages of creation and launch.  MIVGW actually featured a national record—the largest cyber tournament,” wrote Sergei Sobyanin.
