Moscow’s first food technopark, 44 Ryabinovaya, has now opened. The implementation of this major project is an important event for the city. It will give a new impetus to the development of the food industry in Moscow. Sergei Sobyanin announced the opening in a post on his channel on the messenger MAX.
“Construction was carried out as part of a large-scale investment project, and for the purposes of its implementation the city provided the investor with a 0.9-hectare plot of land on lease and a special regime under the job creation support program,” the Moscow mayor wrote.

The technopark has an area of about 15,000 thousand square meters, and is located in Ochakovo-Matveevskoe district. In 2023, it was granted the status of an investment priority project.
The main activities of residents will be the production of food for schools and kindergartens, coffee roasting, and the manufacture of food additives, ready-to-eat food products and convenience meals. In total, over 300 jobs will be created there.
The technopark’s existing residents include institutional food supply companies providing delivery services, industrial kitchens, catering companies and restaurants.
“Now there are 49 technoparks working in the capital, together employing more than 75,900 people. The companies help to develop innovations and strengthen the position of Moscow as a center of advanced technologies,” added Sergei Sobyanin.
