  • 1987-1995: Chief Accountant and Chairman of the Temp Building Society, Kazan.
  • 1995-1997: General Director of the Interplastservice Company.
  • 1997-2000: General Director of the Ak Bars Building Trade and Industrial Company, Kazan.
  • 2000-2001: Deputy General Director and Director for Materials and Supplies, Investment and Construction at State Unitary Enterprise Power Generation Association (PEO) Tatenergo.
  • From 11 May 2001: Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
  • 18 November 2010: Appointed Head of the Moscow Department for Urban Construction by resolution of the Moscow government.
  • 2 December 2010: Appointed Deputy Mayor for Urban Development and Construction by decree of the Moscow Mayor.
  • 13 December 2010: Relieved as Head of Moscow’s Department for Urban Construction by resolution of the Moscow government.
  • June 6, 2013: Appointed Acting Deputy Mayor for Urban Development and Construction.
  • September 17, 2013: Appointed Deputy Mayor for Urban Development and Construction.
  • Married, with three children.
